　　Mr. Brad Bedford，Vice President，International sales and marketing, Arbitron Inc. He is responsible for marketing the Portable People Meter (PPM) audience measurement system in all international markets for Arbitron Inc. In addition, he negotiates licensing agreements and overseas international client services in those countries that use the PPM technology. Mr. Bedford has worked with Arbitron’s broadcasting and advertising clients for more than two decades, including service as manager of the West Coast division of radio station services and as vice president of the Internet Broadcasting Services division.
