康斯坦丁诺娃女士于2001年9月1日担任欧广联广播部主任;自1973年进入保加利亚国家电台任记者和编辑，1992年担任保加利亚国家电台副台长，1996年被任命为索菲娅大学公共关系部主任，1997年回到保加利亚国家电台任“地平线”广播副台长兼保加利亚台总监，也是新保加利亚大学广播节目制作讲师。

　　Ms. Rayna KONSTANTINOVA joined the EBU on 1 September 2001 as the Director of the Radio Department.

　　She began her career in 1973 as a journalist and editor at Bulgarian National Radio. In 1992 she became the deputy Director-General of BNR. In 1996 she was appointed head of the Public Relations Department of Sofia University. She joined Bulgarian National Radio again in 1997 as the deputy to the director of Radio Horizon and subsequently Director of Radio Bulgaria. She was also a lecturer in New Bulgarian University in Radio productions.
