中央人民广播电台是中华人民共和国国家广播电台，是中国最重要的、最具有影响力的大众传媒之一。
中央人民广播电台诞生于1940年12月30日。现办有中国之声、经济之声、音乐之声、都市之声、中华之声、神州之声、华夏之声、民族之声、文艺之声等9套无线广播节目，每天播音200个小时，覆盖全国。同时还开办了4套数字广播节目和3套手机广播节目。以广播为依托，中央人民广播电台全面推进在线广播、网络电台、数字电视、手机电视、报刊出版发展，拥有全国最大的音频网站“中国广播网”，以及网络电台“银河台”、有线付费电视“家庭健康”频道、《中国广播报》、《中国广播》杂志、中国广播音像出版社、央广传媒发展总公司等。
中央人民广播电台在中国各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市及香港、澳门特别行政区设有39个记者站和办事处，在中国台湾地区派有驻点记者，同世界各大华语广播机构建立了全球华语广播协作网，并与全球大多数国家和地区的知名广播机构建立了广泛的业务合作关系。
中央人民广播电台拥有国内领先，国际一流的数字多媒体演播厅、录音棚和音乐厅，节目制作、存储、播出、传输全面实现数字化。中央人民广播电台是中国拥有高级编辑、高级记者、播音指导、高级工程师、译审等高水平业务人才最多的广播电台，拥有强大的节目制作能力和一流的节目制作水平，节目多次获得亚广联奖、柏林未来奖等国际和国内大奖，在中国乃至世界广播界享有盛誉。
中央台向来重视与世界各国同行的交流，与各国媒体一直保持着良好的双边和多边合作关系，我们希望不断加深同各国媒体同行的联系，进一步增加彼此间的了解，增强相互间的信任，共同促进广播事业的发展。

China National Radio (CNR) is one of the most important and influential mass media in China. Founded on 30 Dec. 1940, CNR is now operating 9 channels (named respectively as: News Radio, Business Radio, Music Radio, Metro Radio, Zhonghua News Radio, Shenzhou Easy Radio, Huaxia Radio, Ethnic Minority Radio and Story Radio) and 197-hour daily broadcast through satellites covering the whole country as well as the new business: 4 DMB channels and 3 Handset broadcasting channels. Based on the traditional radio broadcasting, CNR is endeavoring to improve its business on internet-broadcasting, net-radio, digital TV broadcasting, handset TV broadcasting and broadcasting publications. CNR now possesses CNR.CN which is the largest audio network in China, net-radio: RADIO.CN, cable pay-TV channel specialized on Family Health, CHINA BROADCASTS (journal), CHINA BROADCASTING POST, China Broadcasting Audio-visual Press and CNR Media Corporation.
CNR established 39 bureaus throughout China’s mainland, Honk Kong SAR, and Macao SAR. CNR also has dispatched correspondents in Taiwan region. With CNR’s sponsorship Chinese Broadcasting Cooperation Network came into being which involves most of the Chinese broadcasting organizations worldwide. At present, CNR has developed cooperative connections with most world-famous broadcasting organizations.
CNR also possesses first-class digital multimedia studios, recording studios and a Concert Hall. Programme production, saving, broadcasting and transmission have been all digitalized. Many broadcasting talents are working for CNR, it makes CNR more popular among the radio broadcasting circles. Due to the abundant and excellent programme production, CNR got many ABU awards, Prix Futuro-Berlin and other awards from home and abroad
CNR is always attaching more importance to the contacts with our colleagues from other broadcasting organizations. We have a good bilateral and multi-lateral cooperative relations with media abroad. We hope to enhance our contacts and mutual understanding, improve the mutual confidence and develop broadcasting in concerted efforts. |
